The price of the house will be confirmed together with you based on any extra job you may require (i.e. concrete slab/deck te be built on client premises) and/or extensions not included in the original project.
A deposit is required while the house + your customizations are finalized. The deposit is set to 5000 AUD $ and will secure my exclusive commitment to sell the house to you.
All customizations/alterations you decide to make to the house are not included in the price and must be paid in advance.
A delivery time will be decided with you based on the complexity of the customizations you decide to apply.
Documentation. A proper booklet with specifications and technical drawings will be provided for your future reference. No technical details/schemes/diagrams regarding the water-wheel system, and the way it generates power, will be provided, as this is copyrighted and patented material.
