Providing Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Services both to Australia and Italy, collaborating with different cultures (mainly Australian, but also Chinese and Japanese) thereby diversifying job types and related challenges.
No project is too ambitious and no industry is a red-flag for me: I consider any opportunity a challenge for learning, and a chance for applying the skills I have built over the years in Mechanics, Electronics, Carpentry, Construction, IT, Management and Teaching.
If you had to ask me “What makes you different from other Engineers?”, I would promptly reply “I design things, and I strive to build 100% of what I design“. Whilst this cannot possibly be applied to all engineering industries out there, being involved first-line in the process of making an indea come true is something that – I strongly believe – makes an Engineer a complete Professional”.
Teamwork and approach to non-solo projects.
Thanks to my background in Martial Arts teaching I can confidently state that I conveniently use the positive and proactive approach given to me by my stays at Chinese monasteries to further increase the comradry of my Team; furthermore, no occasion is more suitable for me than stressful and demanding times to get the best out of each Individual I work with, based on their individual skills and potential.
